What This Guide Helps You Do
This guide walks you through designing a business card or flyer in Print Studio, from blank template to a print-ready PDF.
Step 1: Open Print Studio
Go to your Dashboard and click Create Business Card or Create Flyer, or open Print Studio (/print-studio) directly and pick a template. Each template shows its trim size and bleed (for example, a standard business card is 89mm × 51mm with 3mm bleed).
Step 2: Set Your Background and Border
In the editor sidebar:
- Pick a Background color to match your brand.
- Open Premium Borders and choose a style — Thin, Thick, Double, Dashed, Dotted, Corners, Rounded, or Neon Glow — then set the border color and width.
Step 3: Add Your Logo or Photo
Click + Add Image/Logo and upload a PNG or JPG (under 2MB). Drag it into place, then use the resize handles to scale or rotate it.
Step 4: Add Text
Click + Add Text to add a name, title, or contact details. Select the text layer to change its font size and color.
Step 5: Add Your QR Code
Click + Import QR Code to pull in any QR code you have already created in QR Code Pro. It will appear as a snapshot image you can drag and resize like any other layer.
Step 6: Save Your Design
Click Save Design. You must save before you can download a preview PNG or export a print-ready PDF — this is what unlocks the export buttons.
Step 7: Export
Once saved, use Download PNG (preview) for a quick web-quality preview, or Export Print PDF for a print-ready PDF sized to the correct trim and bleed for your print shop.
Which Plans Include This?
Print Studio is on every plan, starting with the 14-day free trial — there is no plan that locks you out of designing, saving or exporting. What differs is how many designs you can keep: 5 on the trial and on Pro, 10 on Pro+, 20 on Team, 40 on Pro++, 80 on Team+, 500 on Team++ and unlimited on Enterprise.
