Do I need to save before I can export or download?
Yes. Save Design must be clicked at least once before either Download PNG (preview) or Export Print PDF become available. Both buttons stay disabled with a "Save your design first" tooltip until your first save.
What border styles are available?
Print Studio's Premium Borders offers nine styles for the whole card or flyer: None, Thin, Thick, Double, Dashed, Dotted, Corners, Rounded, and Neon Glow. You can set a custom border color and width, and a corner-rounding amount for the Rounded style.
What image formats can I upload?
PNG, JPG, and other common image formats are supported, up to 2MB per file. Images are automatically resized to a reasonable size and re-encoded as PNG before being placed on the canvas, so transparency in PNG logos is preserved.
Can I use a QR code I already created?
Yes. + Import QR Code lists every QR code already in your account. Selecting one places a snapshot of its current colors and destination onto the canvas — it does not create a live link back to the original QR code, so later changes to the original QR code will not update the snapshot already placed on a saved design.
Why is Export Print PDF or Download PNG greyed out?
Either your design has not been saved yet, or your current plan does not include Print Studio (Pro+ and above). If your plan does not qualify, clicking either button shows an upgrade prompt — you can still design freely, you just cannot save or export until you upgrade.
Will my exported PDF be the right size for printing?
Yes. Every template's PDF export matches the correct trim and bleed dimensions shown by the orange (trim) and green (safe zone) guides in the editor, so any print shop can run the file without resizing.
