Getting Started with the Point of Sale (POS)

## Welcome to the Retail Master POS The Point of Sale is the heart of your retail operations. This guide will walk you through setting it up and processing your first transaction. ### 1. Accessing the POS Navigate to **Retail Suite > POS** from the main dashboard. You'll see the product search bar, cart, and payment options. ### 2. Scanning Products You can add products to the cart in three ways: - **Manual Search**: Type a product name or SKU. - **Webcam Scanner**: Click the camera icon to use your device's camera. - **USB/Bluetooth Scanner**: Simply scan—the barcode appears in the search bar automatically. ### 3. Processing a Payment 1. Review the cart total. 2. Select a payment method: **Cash, Card, SASSA, or Mobile**. 3. Click **Process Payment**. 4.
